Booking the Venue is easy. Simply complete our Venue Hire Application Form, return it to us by fax, email or in person to the Venue and we will be back in touch with availability and costs as soon as possible in the form of an Event Sheet. Once you receive the Event Sheet, you will have 10 working days in which to accept the booking in which time a non refundable deposit will be required as well as the signature section returned to your Venue Officer. Should you decide you do not want to go ahead with the booking, simply let us know. If your booking is made within two weeks of your event, you will be required to confirm immediately on receipt of your Event Sheet and full monies will also be required.
